Default Possible AC Problem

So maybe I just don’t know what I’m doing but this is what is happening. . .

Both the driver and passenger temperature are set to LOW. The lowest they will go. The driver side is just blowing air. Not hot or cold. The passenger side is ice cold.

Am I doing something wrong or do I need to take it in?

How cold is cold. Get a small AC thermometer and check the temps at each duct outlet. You need to see if the cold air is actually cold AC air meaning is the compressor working correctly. Also you might have a mixing valve problem where one side of the AC system is being blocked . You might want to consider having the AC system checked as you might be low on freon .
