windshield washer sprayer nozzle
#3
OP,
Are you sure it is the nozzle? These cars have a spring loaded check valve at the point the washer fluid hose from the reservoir splits into the two hoses that feed the nozzles. This is located between the hood insulation and the hood itself. It is part number 85321-28020 and list price is about $18. (see 1st photo below)
When that valve sticks, I get good flow out of one nozzle and poor flow out of the other. I replaced it once and both nozzles worked fine again, but that valve failed again after a couple of years, so I decided to instead use a simple 1/4" drip irrigation T from home depot (2nd photo). So far the T works just fine (installed it a couple of months ago), but I had to add a short piece of hose with an 1/4" drip coupler to reach the T from one of the nozzles due to shape of the T vs the valve. I also used some small zip ties to keep the hoses firmly connected to the T and connector. I hope this is a permanent fix.
I use the green Rain-X washer fluid for bugs, and I think that fluid is hard on the valve.
