Hi Folks,
I have been driving an ES 350 (08) for last 1 year. The MPG I get is around 14.6 (as displayed on the dashboard) and also there is an error on navigation screen saying " A program can not be read, Please consult a dealer."
Any help will be much appreciated. What MPG you guys get and what needs to be done to increase.

I get 23-26 average, normal driving, 87.
14 MPG is so low.
I would replace the air filter, spark plugs, multipoint service, oil (0W20 or 0W30).

are you really getting 14mpg? or just your display says so?
calculate your miles after putting in 10 gallons or 38 liters
since you are in UAE i think the air filter/dust is your biggest enemy as well as road conditions perhaps?
just taking a guess

How to measure MPG:
1) Fill your gas tank
2) record the odometer reading at the pump (or reset your trip meter)
3) drive the car as you normally do and do not fill gas tank again until you have burned at least 1/2 tank or more.
4) refill the tank and record the gallons on the pump and your odometer reading at the pump (or your trip meter).
5) calculate the miles driven and divide by the gallons of gas you put into the tank.
6) you now know your MPG
The 2009 ES was MPG rated at 19 city and 27 highway
