Terrible rattle I rear passenger door. Lexus ES 350. Window works
Rear right door has terrible metallic rattle. Pulled door panel and cannot find the source. Some of the external panel welds to the cross bars were broken and I fixed those. This window goes up and down fine. I can’t find the source. Any suggestions?

Did you drive the car with the door panel off? Get someone to drive while you sit next to the door without the panel and you should be able to find the cause of the rattle. Or determine that it is not the door.
