Default Need torque specs for rotors & calipers

My wife's 2008 ES350 has 76K miles on it, with few problems. But it has developed heavy brake chatter, I ordered the $297 rotor & pad kit from Brake Performance, but it does not give the torque specs for replacement, wheels, & rotor Help? My garage is 110 degrees, so I can only work on it for an hour or two early mornings before the heat drives me out. I have the proper hand torque wrenches. I think my service guy may have over torqued the lug nuts.
The new slotted & drilled rotors are zinc coated, The pads are ceramic. There are brake in instruction, to avoid squeak. Has anyone had experience with this kit?
