Car stereo install

Can use the microphone in the car is there a way to wire that? Does the adapter have that? Is this the right wiring harnesses?

i don’t have an answer for you but callup crutchfield, there customer service is awesome. They should be able to tell you if it’s possible to reuse the factory microphone.
