Question is it safe to buy 6 ignition coils for $60?

I just got my ES 350 one month ago as you guys can see my previous post, and I have tight budget right now, (just graduate from college) my car is 117k right now, and I'm planning to change the spark plugs right now, bought 6 OEM spark plugs on eBay for $22. I was read some posts regarding spark plugs chagne on this forum and noticed some people suggest to change ignition coils when replace spark plugs because these coils are hard to reach, and 120k is about the time to replace them, I'm wondering if that is true. If the ignition coils do need replace, is it safe to buy it from eBay for $10 each? (https://www.ebay.com/itm/6PCS-Ignition-Coil-for-Lexus-RX350-ES350-Toyota-Camry-Avalon-Rav4-3-5L-UF487/131133586608?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649) I saw this seller has very good ratings and provide a lifetime warranty for this ignition, but I still very worried because normally 1 iginition coil cost $60.I dont want put in bad ignition coils and break the engine and then spend thouds of dollars to fix the engine. So I just want to know is it necessary to replace the ignition coils right now, (I have checked the maintenace history and notices the previous owner already change ignition coil #1 at 105k) or is it safe to replace cheap ignition coil? Sorry for my bad English, and thank you for the help in advance.

I would go for it. It appears from the eBay listing they have sold many of them and the seller has a 100% positive rating. The coils are not rocket science anymore and it appears they claim high quality materials. I would get them for my vehicle if needed.
However be aware it is a major project to replace the plugs and coils on this engine and a big expense if paying someone to do it for you.

Daaaang $10/coil WOW I paid some $25/coil for used ones...

Since you are on budget, unless one of them is misfiring, I wouldn't rush buying spare parts. I have two cars with these coils and both are at ~200K and I only replaced two coils altogether... And plugs/coils can be replaced without removing the surge tank, aka upper intake...

I bought ENA coils from Amazon and they are excellent and dirt cheap.
