Default Transmission for 07

Please help me with this. My car revs like this for like ten minutes after a cold start. Usually when the car is completely warmed up it goes away. It’s really annoying and I’ve had this for more than a year!!! Anybody else have this issue and fixed it? Already flushed tranny and nothing seemed to change

Was the transmission flashed back in ‘06 when Lexus issued a fix for
the 2-3 shift flare?

no. I bought this car used a year and a half ago. It didn’t have this issue at first but came up after a couple months

It sounds like the flare issue but if it isn't then it's a matter of time before the transmission goes. I would have the trans. module reflashed 1st and if that doesn't correct it then it will not be good news.

Not enough info. Was the photo taken during normal acceleration (the speedo indicates about 12 mph) and is the indicated rpm occurring during the upshift (like from 1st to 2nd)? How long has the engine been running? Your temp gauge has barely moved off the Cold mark......does it indicate about mid-scale after about 10 minutes or more of driving? What is the warmed up no load (P or N) idle RPM? What is the warmed up idle RPM in gear and foot on the brake?

sorry, I thought I posted a video of the situation but it converted into a photo. Here is what I mean

I usually cold start car in the morning and let it warm up for like a minute or so. Then I reverse it out of my garage and drive it. I think around 2-3 or 3-4 gear the rpm need jumps. It only happens in that gear too. I have tried putting it into shift tronic(the s on the shifter with - and +) mode and it doesn’t slip.

The car drives perfectly smooth. It’s just this issue is bothering me and would like to find a solution to get rid of it. It’s been happening for like more than a year.

I had the same issue and I fixed it.
I replaced the transmission filter with the new updated one and Valvoline Maxlife.
