What is the orange light/button that is next to the TPMS rest button on my 2012 ES 350? Also, it is always illuminated when the car is on--is that right?
(I tried RTFM but the thing is 552 pages long; I found an illustration of the light/button but not what it does.)

Check for a similar light on the passenger side, they are the interior foot well lights.

Thanks. When I touched it with the tip of my finger it felt like a push button because it depresses when you touch it--but I didn't want to push it fully because I had no idea what it did. Perhaps pushing it turns it off? I'll give it a try tomorrow.

You push them in to release for replacement. I put black electrical tape over mine so they still illuminate if desired.
