Default Puddle Light Replacement

Hello all, I basically want to switch out my stock ugly yellow halogens and stick in some bright LEDs in its place. I've seen tons of videos for the GS and IS but none on the ES, if anyone has done this on their ES could they point me in the right direction? I'm pretty sure I know how to do it but I'm pretty scared about breaking the mirror. Also is there a easier way to do it because I heard there is a easier way. All help is appreciated.
Picture is not my car, just a use for reference, thank you.

There are some threads here on it. Heres one I found. Looks like you have to remove the side mirror casing

It’s the same mirror I replaced mine using a YouTube video from a kid with a IS350F that was wrapped. It wasn’t hard I suggest waiting a little bit until it warms up or park it where the mirrors will get hit by the sum you know cold brittle plastic especially tabs like to snap.
