Hi, I'm hoping someone has an explanation to a problem I'm encountering on my 2010 ES 350 w/ UL Package w/ Mark Levinson. I was streaming BT yesterday at high volume and music suddenly stopped. NAV Screen froze. Turned car off. Re-cranked car. Music started back up but when turned volume up again, it sounded like subwoofer had busted. Then unit froze again. Did the same thing. Cut engine. Re-started and music playing fine at lower volume (below level 40). What could be the problem? Faulty Amp? Fuse? Subwoofer? tia for any suggestions.
