Default Disconnecting Battery - does it require computer reprogrammed?

I have some corrosion on my 09 ES350 battery terminals. If I disconnect the battery to clean, will it require Lexus to reprogram the car to run properly? I have had other cars in the past, no Lexus, that when you changed batteries it sent the car to safe mode until the dealer reprogrammed.

It should not be a problem. If left off for a long time you may lose your pre-sets like radio and seat positions , etc. Sometime your driving style will get retrained like how you accelerate or when the car shifts and so on but not a drivability issue.
