My dealer has oil change packages, 3 changes and 3 rotations for $118 for regular, and $180 for synthetic. Flushes, alignments, and some other things and that are pretty similarly priced to ind. shops I've used. You just can't do those interval checkups, which are obscenely overpriced, and if you do things like change your own cabin or air filter, or brakes if you are even the slightest bit mechanically inclined, these are incredibly cheap cars to maintain or any car for that matter, just need to be a smart shopper/consumer.

I pay less at my dealer for oil changes than I would at AAA, and just slightly more than I would if I went to the ind. mechanic I use for repairs I cannot do, but given I get a loaner and a free wash and interior clean at the dealer, it well worth the $10 more.

I just purchased a 2010 Es 350 with 148k on the dash my previous car was a 2012 Camry Se with 134k which never gave me any major problems. Before delivery of my ES I HAD A PPI done and was told the car was rock solid and only needed a A.C CHARGE and TPMS sensors. When I got the car back home and was getting the repairs done I was told that I had a leak in my Steering Rack/ Rack & Pinion . Luckily It was still covered under warranty because with Labor it’s $2000 dollar plus job . I’m still covered under warranty for another year hopefully The Lexus Reliability holds to be true

The car is a one owner with a clean CarMax thats been serviced @ Lexus of Miami and Garage kept its whole life .

Go to Toyota for your service instead of Lexus. It'll be cheaper and you can set any worries aside rather than going to an independent mechanic unless you're familiar with their work. I've personally stopped bringing my car into Lexus and opted for Toyota or an independent mechanic depending on the job.
