I know it is easy to replace but where is the least expensive place to get this part.
Also, where to get the rear gravel guard (mudflap)

Got one off amazon for like $20 for our 2004 ES330. I'd check rock auto, amazon, or ebay. The OEM equivalent was like $140, but seeing how easy it is to change, I figured I'd roll the dice on the $20 one and have been very happy.
Unless you mean the least expensive place to get an OEM part, then Mylparts.com has always been my go to, and they have a 5% coupon code (CL5)
