broken claws on rh mirror on es330

broken claws on rh mirror on es330
Both the claws on mirror holder and outside skin are cracked and missing a small piece 1/2 sq inch at outside edge. Outside not horrible and can live with perhaps, but might make sense to just by a whole unit.
What years and makes are compatible with a 2004 es330?
Can a 5th gen or an es350 be used in place?
Are the guts the same at least?

Can the white plastic part that holds the mirror be replaced without the whole assembly?
anybody got a scrap rh mirror for es330.
Broken at door assembly best (metallic green on wish list but not a must, if the outer shell is in decent shape mine has a small piece broken out at seam.)
But the white plastic section that holds the mirror is the part I need to get the mirror back operational.
Have a new glass replacement to snap in.
Wonder if this piece is common amongst other models and years.
