Default ML Sound system partly working

Hello,

I've read through the forum but couldn't find the same issue. I have bought 2008 ES350 with Mark Levinson sound system. Sound system sounds ok-ish, but front left and subwoofer is not working at all. My first suspect was to check fuses, so I did that. I have checked fuses for amp, amp2, radio no1, radio2, but they all not blown. I've checked amplified in the trunk - it seems that wires are all connected to it. I have even disassembled drivers door to check if the speaker is even there and if it's connected. All good. Please could somebody point me to what could be the issue or what should I check else? I am new with Lexus and I am not too good with cars either, but I'm just following what I find on the internet. Are there any other fuses that could cause this? Thank you.
