noise at start es350 2007
recently(for 7 months) sometimes i notice metal noise at start up it happen only after turning off the engine for a while (nearly more than 2 hours) , I bought the car 2 years ago with 207k km and now it done 307k km.
I regularly change the oil using 5w30 fully synthetic but recently start to use 5w20 as I noticed that the car doesnt burn oil and it helps with decreasing the frequency I hear this noise.
I recorded the noise and attached the records to this post , plz help me to find out whats wrong .

That’s occurs when oil goes back to the oil pan from the VVT-i. Put Lucas seal conditioner in the engine and drive it then check after.

It may also help to replace the oil filter housing base as they get clogged up over time and can slow down initial oil flow leading to the startup death rattle. They are inexpensive and are the part you remove every time you change the oil to pull out at the paper filter. Amazon or eBay has them.
Considering you have almost 200,000 miles on that motor, I would replace the housing if it was my vehicle.
I am surprised thinner oil reduced it. Usually thicker oil reduces it as it stays in place better after shut down and reduces the noise on startup.
The noise is common among the 2GRFE engine family once the miles add up.
A bottle of Lubro Moly Mos2 may also help reduce the noise.

actually I couldnt find lucas seal conditioner after spending a lot of time looking for it , i found the product in the pic and topped off to crank case and didn't hear the noise again after driving for two days till now , does it do the same as locas seal conditioner?
i really appreciate your advice and i hope i can find the seal conditioner you mentioned even from online shop
one more thing i forgot to mention is that when i top off engine oil with extra quart this noise occur less frequently , or may be i think like this may be I'm wrong

thanx a lot for your advice , i will find a new housing base , i always used to change oil regularly and i change the filter each time with oil , i thing the shop guy who change the oil already clean the housing base by emerging in gasoline and use brush to clean it but they never change the small o ring seal that come with the filter , they tell me there is no need to change it , should I change it too ?
Is 5w20 too thin to use with my engine , the temp. here in winter rang 15c to 25 but in summer reaches 48c .
