I've traditionally tried to buy the newest and nicest version that my budget could afford. How will these cars be used (winter beater? student driver? daily driver? - 5K miles a year isn't much (I've put on 6K miles since Mid September alone ) Save some money and buy an older 330? Both are old cars.. 12-14 (soon 13-15) years old. To me, the 350 seems like the nicer sedan. More modern. Slightly larger rear seat cabin space. Engine wise they should both last forever. Does one have more/better features you would like to have? Not sure of Wisconsin's winter salt use, but both should be inspected from underneath for rust/corrosion.

Well since you're asking on the 5th gen forum I would lean towards the 2008.

Get a carfax report and take it to a reputable mechanic for inspection.

I'd also suggest a 2007+ to have the new body and engineering, but I think you can find far lower mileage cars in that $6-7k range...they're certainly available in this market.
