Has anyone tried installing a 2010 es350 navigation unit inside a 2007 which already has a the factory Navigation installed? Long story short, my digitizer and touch screen has been broken for a while. When I press on the screen it will detect 1 inche to the right. A buddy of mine wrecked his 2010 es350. I was wondering if I can take his navigation unit and install it in mine? Trying to figure out if it's worth it and if there will be any problems with the operating system or will it be a direct plug and play?Sorry not as short as I thought
