my Lexus having a starting problem after not driving it for 3 month. every time I tried to start the car, I only hear a consistently clicking sound. I already bought a new battery to hook with it and also replaced with a new starter but it still wont start. I think the problem is not come from the starter. any one have any idea what is happening? thanks!

I'd start off by checking the voltage of the battery. Even if it's new it could be bad. The clicking sound is most likely the starter solenoid engaging which most means that either the starter is bad and not turning or isn't being supplied with enough power to turn.

bench check the starter and load test the battery.

Another you can do is, get a buddy. One person tap on the starter while the other keys the ignition to start. If you magically get running, then chances are its a bad starter. Reman starters, which i assume you picked up are 50/50- sometimes they work, sometrimes they give up the goods before half the warranty is over.
