I was in an accident two weeks ago and as a result my driver's door and left passenger door had to be replaced. I just picked the car up from the repair shop today but noticed much more wind noise from my driver's door than before. What can I do to fix it? Should the shop inspect to verify that it is hung correctly? If that doesn't fix it, is there an aftermarket fix?

Once again if it were fixed correctly it would not give you this problem. Take it back as there can be various problems causing this. Also make sure they replaced all of the door gaskets . If they used used parts they may have left the old rubber gaskets in and not replaced them. Also tell them to verify the door gap to make sure it is factory spec.

Lexus engineers worked to get a Bank-Vault "door close" sound, I'll bet the original right-side doors feel and sound different.
Take it back, and have them make it right; Body shops are notorious for using shortcuts that make too many repairs JUNK.
