Hi Everyone,
I have a 2007 ES350. I noticed that the drivers side mirror doesn’t dim, but the passenger and interior mirror dim just fine. I noticed this on my 2007 RX350 as well. But my fathers 2010 RX350 dims both driver and passenger mirror.
Is this normal?

Possibilities: mirror was replaced with wrong glass or plug not connected.
Dimmer function broken= replace glass
Connector for dimming function has gone bad=replace glass or remove wiring from a whole mirror assembly
All of the above are DIY fixes with mirrors available from Ebay frequently (but it could take a while if there are no listings.
You can also buy the entire mirror assembly used and remove the mirror for your repair.
There could be other issues but the above are most likely and easy to fix. Mirror just pops out with some effort.
If any mirror has these features, all the mirrors should.
I've done mirror on RX myself, ez, pz.
