Hello, I am new here and hope this post was entered correctly. I have a 2012 ES350 with 22,000 miles. I just discovered that the front passenger door handle does not lock or unlock when touching the (passenger door) handle. All the other door handles work in this respect and the FOB and interior controls lock/unlock the passenger door with no issues so I'm hoping the actuator is not the problem. My last thought is to replace the FOB's with new batteries but doubt that will fix because it doesn't work with my second FOB.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

Has it ever worked? Because there is a personal setting which seems to talk about this>

I think the dealer does this particular setting. Worth checking out maybe
