Hello, I'd like to ask if anybody put this kind of audio unit to his Lexus .If yes which one bc there are so many on ebay etc..???

I wouldnt. Those are cheap chinese units that will eventually fail. Get a reputable head unit like Sony or Pioneer.

So you're not gonna believe this but I met a guy driving by me in a parking lot and I started admiring his es350 and he started admiring mine. We got into a whole conversation about our cars and then he parks it and showed me his head unit. It was so cool and intuitive. He had it on for about 6 months he said and he said it worked perfectly. But he was saying that his was an actual one out of a Tesla. I don't know how he did that and when I asked him he said his friend just pulled it off somehow.
