Try a different shop, there is a parasitic draw test that they can do on your car to find why the battery is going dead. Our cars have a lot of computer modules (25+) that need to go to sleep when you lock the car and walk away with the key. This can sometime take a few hours depending on many parameters. If one of those modules is not going to sleep it will continue to drain your battery faster than normal. As a rule of thumb, a battery drain should be low enough to have a battery last 30 days - usually it's measured at 50 milliAmps or lower. If you have a new battery fully charged and passing a load test that continues to die within a week, you need to find the source of the excessive battery drain.

This test is tricky to perform, requires specialized equipment, and experience. You can watch some YouTube videos to get an idea, however make sure the video is about a car made after 2005 or newer as the process has changed with the introduction of CANbus in the mid to late 2000s.
