Oil Pan Drain Bolt Damaged

was just reading post in 2019 ES350 forum that during first oil change, Lexus dealer did not put back oil cover (new cars come with cover plates over filter and drain plug). So you can imagine what is going on behind the closed doors... He was lucky they did not forget to put oil.
