Vibration between 35-50 MPH
I am getting vibration between 35-50 MPH. Anyone else experience this issue??
Just got the ES 2010, with 123K miles. Already replaced the upper dogleg mount. This weekend's plan is plugs and coil, but don't think its do to plug and coil. Rear break and rotors are brand new. Front pads and rotor are original as I was told from the dealer I bought it from. Also what it seems is the front rotor has been cut few times. I am thinking maybe replacing the front as well next month. Tiers are also brand new, but not brand name brand, most likely I will switch out around end of this year. The place I bought it from they replaced all 4 tie rods, rear brakes and rotor, and new set of tiers.

Bent wheel or unbalanced tires.

Does vibration lessen if you take foot off the accelerator pedal? If yes, it could be one or both CV shafts. Pass side is usually the first to go.
Rotate tires to see if there is a change in how the car vibrates. A change would point to a imbalanced tire or bent wheel.
Check behind the rotors for debris that may have clumped together.
Not as common but worth checking is for a worn-out wheel bearing. Another possibility is worn-out shocks.

All the mounts, boots and shocks looks good, so I am thinking most likely tier balance issue, or breaks. For the breaks they look and work fine, but what I think they are originals. Haven't had a chance to take the ES to check the balance.

i had good luck with Cardone on my Solara. Everything fit perfect. good quality. I'd rule out all other things first, I'm closing in at 150K and no CV issues (yet)

Does the vibration occur during mild acceleration? Do you still feel it if you are accelerating hard, i.e. on ramp merge? Do you feel it continuously if you maintain that specific speed 35-40mph? I experienced the same issue in an 08 4Runner, tried everything mentioned in earlier comments, some helped but finally had the transmission checked out, ended up being the torque converter. A full transmission flushed did the trick.
I’m new to the ES so definitely paying attention to these issues and solutions, picked up a 2010 with 91k earlier this week.

Same For Mine
I recently went through the dreaded rumbling during acceleration in the same speed range. For my car it turned out to be the passenger side CV axle. I however, did the driver's side first and still had rumble. I deduced it being the passenger after replacing with brand new CV axle on driver's side.
And after having passenger side done, BOOM, the vibration and smooth ride returned.
I have an 09 ES 350 with 109,000 miles when this began.
No dealer work. Cost 1350 at dealer quote. Had work done by good local shop. Both sides $650 combined.

Axle Replacement was the Fix
I had this same issue where upon acceleration the gas pedal would start vibrating really bad. You couldn’t really feel it on the streets and it was mostly noticeable when merging on the freeway and accelerating at high speeds. I changed the brake pads, rotors, tires, checked alignment of wheels, but I was still having the problem. I took it to a shop and had it diagnosed as the passenger side axle being worn. The driver side was in better shape, but changing in pairs is a good idea and I got it done for about $1000 (aftermarket parts). Dealer estimate was close to 2k as the OEM parts are quite expensive. No more vibration after both axles were replaced.
