No Voice guide from the center Speaker

No Voice guide from the center Speaker
Hi,
I have an issue just started few days ago with my 2011 Lexus ES350 , the voice recognition stopped working from the button on the steering wheel and also no voice guide on the navigation
All setting checked and all the voice turned ON
after reading online in many websites, I turned the voice from the SETUP to be from the driver speaker instead of the center
I got the voice back, however still the no voice from the center speaker!!!
any thoughts? solutions?
