Headlight bulb for my 2009 ES recommendation

pretty sure when it comes to headlights its pick only 2 of the above. either long-lasting and dim, or bright and short life. all oem bulbs are longer lasting but dim as hell. some LED bulbs are bright but I see that most need replacement after 1-2 years.

From what I've read LED replacements don't shine in the correct directions to take advantage of the reflector so the light doesn't actually project out in front of the car. They will look nice and bright when you install them but they don't illumination the road like the typical halogen bulb. The brighter the halogen bulb the shorter the life. I had the $40 halogen bulbs burn out in one year but I drive with my headlights on even during the day because people do not pay attention to the road.
