2009 Lexus ES 350 clunk sound
As I’m driving steady around 20-30 mph and I brake to stop I hear a clunk sound on my front driver side changed brakes rotors control arm and ball joint all oem parts still hear the noise

Probably the pads are creating that noise. They move when you brake.

Would take you a second to grab the sway bar links and give them a tug to see if they’re wiped out. Sway bar links and bushings are famous for clunks.
Could be the pads as well...but I’d check to make sure the caliper mounts are tight (they’ll clunk). Check the caliper pins too.
