Are different model parts interchangeable in the same year?

Hey!
I threw my serpentine belt, which was most likely cause by my a.c. compressor pulley seizing and probably the compressor itself failing (air on one side of the car was hot and the other side was semi cold for about a week and then it was all hot for a day and then the belt broke). The clutch pulley on the compressor does not spin freely at all which I believe it should (unless I am mistaken).
I found a 2008 ls460 in a junkyard and wasn't sure where I can look to see if that compressor is compatible with my 2008 es350. Or if there is a list of different years that would be compatible with mine.
I am stuck away from home and don't have the money to buy a brand new replacement or to take it to a shop to have it replaced. So I am hoping that there is another year and model that is compatible with my year and model.
I have tried googling it for my answer but haven't been able to find exactly what I am looking for or any information at all in regards to my question.
Any assistance would be amazing!!
Thanks!

I just want to make sure I am fully understanding the information before I start searching for what I need.
the list above is strictly for the clutch/ pulley if I am just replacing that and not the whole unit with the compressor included. Does this mean that the list is compatible with the current compressor and i can remove the seized clutch/pulley and just replace that with any of the above?
For the compressor part number you provided, I am assuming it is for the entire clutch/pulley and compressor all in one, if I am going the route of installing a new/new to me compressor?
I appreciate the assistance!
Thank you so much!

Most junkyards use a database that tells them what parts are interchangeable (usually based on make, model and model year) and can tell you what they have that will fit your car. If they do not have it they usually contact other local yards to see if anyone else has one. Some will do installations.
