Default Suspension parts

My '11 ES 350 has 114k miles and runs perfect. Quiet idle, no burning/leaking of oil or any other fluids and I'm sure it helps that I baby it. I know that 114k miles isn't much for one of these, but would it be a good idea to check all the suspension components and to replace anything? I am a sucker for the smoothest ride possible and would like to maintain that feeling.

I personally wouldn’t go out of my way to replace anything when there are no noticeable problems. If the struts aren’t leaking, no steering wheel shakes, no ride issues and no odd sounds then I’d save my money for a rainy day (it will come when you least expect it). An inspection never hurts, but take it to a trusted source.

Have you considered new tires. My 2011 has Goodyear Comfort Drive tires. I replaced Bridgestone Turanza tires last year and the ride quality improved significantly IMO.

I was considering going to a 16 inch tire. I could even get 215 65/R16 tires even though it would sit up just a tad higher than the default tires.
