I just bought a 2012 ES350 w the luxury package and wanted to upgrade to a head unit that has Apple Carplay etc. Is that possible on nav enabled vehicles without messing something up in the car??

Gromline is somewhere around $600. Same price as Tesla-style screen mod. So oem+extra features OR heavily modded Tesla screen are your options! Both have their faults but you can look into that, they are minor for the most part. Like having to restart the gromline, and having a small attachment in glovebox kinda thing.

yes, look into gromline V2. There are minor issues, it turns OEM into apple car play I believe. Been covered many times on this forum, just use google to search topics and plug “clublexus” at the end and you’ll get desired results. Hope this helps.
