How to change dash lights?

yea there have been some that changed all their dash lights from green, to white and blue. Use google and just search with “clublexus” at the end and you’ll find desired results. I’ve thought about doing it but don’t wanna rip apart computer boards to solder tiny LED lights. But damn does it look good
