I’m loving the car so far but one thing I’ve got to fix soon is the glare off the center console. There’s too much chrome around the shifter and the high gloss wood is a problem. Anyone have this problem and a solution?

I had this exact problem the other day, had to rest my hand on the chrome trim next to the shifter to keep the glare out of my eyes. It happens rarely enough for me to ignore, but I could see this being a problem in a more sunshine heavy part of the country.
