Default Water pump is toast - what else to replace?

Well, it finally happened. I was replacing my serp belt today, and noticed that the water pump pulley is wobbly/loose. The bolts are tight, just tons of play in the water pump. Its the original, with 208k miles on it, so I'm not too sad.

Looking for suggestions as to what else to replace while I'm in there. I just did radiator, cap and hoses earlier this year. I do have a new thermostat I can put in.
I was thinking about the lower engine mounts since I have to raise it up anyway. The dog-bone was replaced last year, so that one is good.
Any other suggestions?
