I was looking for tow hooks on my 2007 ES 350 to check readiness for getting stuck in snow. I found two of them in the back but wasn't able to locate anything on the front. I saw some videos on YouTube where a GS has an opening (covered with a plastic cover) in the front bumper in which a tow hook can be screwed in. I'm wondering if 2007 ES 350 is similar in that regard, and I just need to buy a front tow hook like the one on amazon:

There is a towing eyelet in with your jack tools in truck and this is how its used

That's the video I saw too, but that is a GS. I have been unable to find a place to put a similar front hook on ES350.
