So my TPMS light comes and goes. I noticed that when the weather gets warmer, the light turns off. I checked all the tires and they are at the correct PSI
is there some science behind this? Someone told me the caps on my tires are a different color which indicates I have nitrogen filled tires? Does this make sense?

I'm going to deflate/inflate all the tires and use regular air instead of nitrogen air. I think the tires are currently inflated with nitrogen air which is what is causing the issue in cold weather
I found this online

If adjusting the pressures including the spare and hitting the reset button did not help the only other option I would try is have a tire shop relearn the entire system.

I had the same problem. I did not know I had a full sized spare tire. My spare tire was below the 28 psi, so once I filled that up my TPMS light went off.
Check if you have a full sized spare tire, check if the button is toggled below the passenger seat too
