Default should I change my 07 es350 spark plugs by age or mileage???

Hi, Everyone
I have a 2007 es350 only 102,000 KM(in Canada), I see the manual said spark plugs should replace at around 150,000KM,
should I replace all 6 spark plugs due to the car age (15 years old this year)? right now, the car runs perfectly fine.
Let me know what you think? any other things I should replace at this age? I have changed all fluids and air filter last year.
thanks a lot
JC

Mileage. Age makes no difference. Keep on driving with the old plugs and save your money for something it may actually need repaired or maintained.

You will have to replace them; if not now than in a year or two. Why does it make a difference? Not likely you will keep the car till the second change so doesn't matter when. I would just do it now and prevent unnecessary check engine lights and worries.

Usually the manual will tell you which to follow. For example, "50k miles or 4 years, whichever comes first". But I believe the spark plugs just says at 120k. Don't think age affects them that much. I got my car at 132k and changed them, because there was no record if it was done at 120k.

Mileage, though I will tell you from my own experience on things, the type of gas, how you drive, the nature of the air/fuel mix (comes from having lived in Mexico City and high altitude), can have a dramatic difference on how those plugs function and look after you change them out.

Mileage. Spark plugs don't age. They wear out from use and they're not in use while parked.

Hey, check the owners manual, it says 120,000 miles, which is about ~190,000 kms, you still have plenty of life left on the plugs.

Denso iridium spark plugs i am changing every 200 000 km and have no problem i have to say i agree with some members her always change spark plugs by miles not by age .one of my lexuses gs450h made about 700000 km original engine with denso iridium sparkplugs
changed in intervals of 200 000 km so in total we did replace them 4 times since 2008 untill now.
