Changing wheels from OEM 17s to 19s. Is there a way using Techstream or otherwise to program/calibrate speedo and/or odo for a proper read?

really? thas just crazy. How does Lexus handle it from the factory? Seems ridiculous it’s not programmable when they have at least 4 different wheel tire combos from the factory that I know. I think it’s 2 flavors of tire in 17s and one each in 18 and 19 if I’m correct.
Or is it just not doable via tech stream and another tool is needed?

AFAIK, for the 5ES, all tires are the same.

Pretty sure Car Care Nut had a video where he said the speedo can be calibrated at Toyota dealers using their scan tools, so I'm sure it's doable. Don't know which video he said it in, sorry.
