Too many factors that are unknown. I will say that low mileage ES 350's can be had for less, but each person has to decide on what they want.
Do you love the color combination? Is it low mileage? Just by the wheels it is not the base model so there is that.
Go to one of the auto websites and price search similar cars. The ES 350 is one of the best cars for ease of maintenance and dependability.
