How to fix driver's seat Wrinkles - Melting?
So, the seat in my 2013 ES got some wrinkles and I tried to fix it with a steamer. Well, I think I didn’t let the material dry long enough before driving the car again. Now, it looks like the seat melted a little. Not sure if I can fix it or just need to go to an upholstery shop.
Thoughts?
Lexus seat.

Find a custom upholstery shop and have them replace the damaged panels. Not near as costly as replacing the seat or the seat cover with OEM parts. See this thread, posts #11 and #31.

I found a local shop to fix it. The entire three panels will be replaced for $390. I looked at the material they will use vs. the Lexus factory material and it's 10x better than Lexus. And that's just sad. I was surprised just how thin the Lexus material is.

They replaced the top two panels. They look like three panels but one is separated by stitching. The color match looks off because of the lighting but it is a perfect match.
Can’t believe how thin the original Lexus seat material is. Almost cheap.
