Hi my key fob works while getting close to the car and touching handle to unlock/lock start the car. I replaced the battery but my buttons on my fob don't do anything e.g lock/unlock, open trunk, alarm. Anyone know a fix for this the red led on the remote comes on when I press the buttons but doesn't do anything other than that.

Is possible the computer board in the remote is bad, I would get another FOB
