Hello, I recently purchased a 2016 ES350 with around 80,000 miles - I have noticed that when it is warm outside, and I go over bumps, I notice a squeak coming from what seems to be the rear passenger C pillar area. I assume that it must be some metal rubbing against something in the interior of the C-pillar, but have not been able to access the area due to the cover of the support area.
Anybody have any ideas to troubleshoot? Is there a way to remove the c pillar trim to investigate? Worst case I could consider taking it to an auto body shop...

The area you are talking about doesn't have much in there but the mounts for the rear struts and the seat belt mounts. To get in there would require removing the seats to be able to get the panel off.
Could a worn rear strut or other suspension bushing be what you are hearing?

Inspect the grab handles on top, sometimes they tend to make a noise if rarely used. Use them once in a while.
Hope that helps, if its not that - I hope you find the noise culprit.
