Hello, I have 2016 Es 350 with a crank no start problem. No codes however the lights on the dash flash when cranking including the check engine light. The car had a collision on the front driver side near the left fender & headlight theCar has since been repaired bodywise. The fuse box under the hood has no blown fuses, there are no blown fuses inside the car. All relays appear to be good, fuseable links in the fuse box under the hood were also replaced. No codes for the immobilizer either

Has anyone seen or came across this problem before. Also the keys were reprogram to the vehicle to see if that was the issue but that did not fix. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can you hear the fuel pump prime when the ignition switch is on?

There may be a fuel pump.. Please try to start it up using start spray. If the car starts then you know for sure it is a fuel pump/ fuel delivery issue.
