This is under the driver's seat. I spilled a liquid and need to clean it up. This cover is held captive at this rectangle in the upper right hand location. Any ideas how to release it? Also I found this elastic and it is caught on the rear leg. I suspect it goes some where on the seat but all the leather covers are secure. Any suggestions here?

There is a little rectangular spot in the upper right hand corner.
