I have a 2013, bought new, with 94000 (+/-) miles. Oil changes, brake pads at 45K miles, right front wheel bearing at 88K miles, TPMS Sensors at 88K miles, two sets of wiper inserts., Starting to get a little brake judder, so with the next set of pads, I will change the rotors.
By the way, I have been using Akebono Pads, which I like, good stopping, no fade, no dust.

On the front wheel bearing, it started to get noisy, I could hear it, others not so much. All of the typical tests did no indicate a problem, but I could hear it. I thought at one point it may be the intermediate bearing on the axle ( passenger side) but it was not. Thru process of elimination, it all led to the wheel bearing.
I removed it using and axel nut socket and a set of cups I bought on Amazon. Removed it. To remove the WB you have to destroy it. Once out, it still was lubed, not rusty, no race scaring, etc., in other words no evidence of a problem. Used the cup set and installed a new bearing. Result was no noise. So in conclusion, the old bearing had no play, no wiggle, no wandering, just noisy.

57k on my 2013.
Only legit failure was the bearing idler pulley. Replaced the whole idler for $38 and changed the belt while I was doing it. Belt cost more than the idler.
Had some body clips fail due to age while doing maintenance. Replaced those with new. Bought a bag of them in bulk which turned out to be cheaper than buying a handful at a time.

The current one is a 2014 ES350 @131k mi.
Aside form all dealer maintenance intervals having been performed to date,
-Radiator replaced @128k mi (due to a very small leak, did not let me stranded)
-Exhaust (muffler) gasket and bolts @128k mi (dark streak gasket, could see leak but not hear it, the bolts were rusted)
This summer I plan to redo most if not all suspension components, I usually do this at 100k mi intervals on vehicles to get that factory feel back.
Several other items will be done as well for long term maintenance this summer, just do not have a full list yet.

I have a 2013 ES300h with 142k. The only thing was the the 12V battery. For preventative I did spark plugs, engine coolant, brake fluid, and oil change every 5-6k. Still on original brakes and still don't need to be changed.

Bought new ES 350/UL loaded in 2014. Has 157K miles. No real maintenance issues...just normal OEM scheduled maintenance at the dealer (yea, I know, a little more expensive, but peace of mind, etc., etc.)
I'm thinking of trading for a 2026 in two years...I want new gadgets. However, I do like this car and its layout inside and I use all the features.
