I've always thought the gs was better looking, but this, this is exactly what i wanted from the new es. My dad wanted to get the current es350, but i will tell him to definitely wait for this. I wonder if the MSRP will go up by a lot or stay the same

Im just browsing other message boards and most people hate this car. I think its just a stigma that will forever be attached to this car calling it a camry. I know looks are subjective and at most this car is bland (which i think its not) i think its actually quite attractive. I feel like people who drive (mainly bmw's" just dog lexus in general. Never understood why people called cars ****ty online, its a simple matter of not liking it, then don't buy it

I too think this is a non navi car. Just by looking at the place where you would assume remote touch would be, there isn't an enter button on the side like on the RX and the HS. the controller like in the new GS is different in its look and probably function.

I see the lexus LED strip. Think. HID would be standard possibly? The hybrid version getting the LED headlamp assembly?

Glad they kept the glass roof as part of an option package. Don't understand why they discontinued it in the new RX.

Odd like how one one generation, something is standard like HID on the 1st generation IS but optional on the 2nd. And how AVS suspension was on the 3rd generation ES but not the forth, also air suspension and glass roof on the 2nd generation RX but not on the 3rd.

Hope they add on the feature list on this ES and delete things.

Hope there is a 18 inch wheel option and wider tires. I feel like the current ES has such small tires when looking at it from the rear for such a big bodied heavy looking rear end. But the new Camry has 18 as standard on the SE, sure the ES will period.

Surprised if anything there are no chrome door handles.

I see the "LEXUS" on the rear? Bringing that back or is this just a china thing?

If I was a driving enthusiast, I would get the GS350. If I wanted a smooth plushy ride, I would get an ES250.

Seems like the GS250 will be an endangered species : It will probably be more expensive than an ES250, have a more uncomfortable ride and have less front and rear room. And I doubt anyone looking at a 2.5L engine in a mid-size sedan is prioritising sportiness...

I think the same too, looks to me that it would have more road presence. I perfer the chrome strip that goes all the way around on the ES rather than the chrome on the GS.

I can't wait to see interior leather choices and hopefully more than two wood choices. They did good with the creativeness in interior leather choices in this generation and limited edition model. But still could do much better IMO.

Don't need more details, since ES buyer don't care much for performance, Lexus can carry the entire ES350 drivetrain over and no ES buyer would care. It is a winner especially with the availability of a hybrid model.

Man this will tank GS sales instantly. Lexus is killing it's own sales
Another worry is that the ES might eat into the LS sales too!
