Stock suspension. I would like to keep the mods to a minimum since I'm leasing, but I'm thinking about changing the mufflers to get a little more rumble on the inside.

I leased a 2013 ES350 with Luxury Package, Navigation, 18" wheels, HID headlights, Power sunshade, Intuitive Parking Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring, Rain Sensing Wipers, Wood & Leather Steering wheel and trunk mat/cargo net/wheel locks/rear bumper applique.
I just finished a 39 month lease on a 2010 Mercedes E350. I've only had the Lexus for a few weeks, but my family and I absolutely love it. To us, the Lexus ES350 is every bit as nice as the Mercedes E350 in all respects - and I am saving $240 per month on my lease payments. And the Lexus lease is for 12K miles per year versus 7.5K miles for the Mercedes! Also, the Lexus has noticeably more legroom in the rear seats. I am very, very happy with my decision.
