Also great video on this forum and YouTube on how to remove the door panels to do the soundproofing and speaker swaps.
Thanks for all the great feedback/advice. I think that will be my first project - the speakers.

Default New! (to me) 2013 ES300h

so far happy with my recent purchase of a Silver 2013 ES300h.. 155000km (~98000miles)
My 2015 Accord Coupe had a tragic end of life (other driver blew red light).

looks like the packages were different in Canada (no premium or ultra premium), mine has;
  • the Navigation Package which offers:
    • Heated wood steering wheel
    • Lexus Premium Audio with 8” display screen and remote touch interface
    • Navigation system
    • Rain sensing wipers
    • Woodgrain trim
  • The Leather Package, which includes the Navigation Package plus:
    • Mark Levinson Audio with 15 speakers
    • Leather seat surfaces
    • Heated and ventilated front seats
    • Premium illuminated entry system
    • Power rear window sunshade and rear door sunshade
    • High Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps
does not have;
  • The Technology Package builds on the Navigation Package by adding:
    • Heated wood steering wheel
    • Lane keeping assist system
    • Advanced pre collision system
    • Blind spot monitoring
    • Lane change assist
    • Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA)
    • Premium leather seat surfaces
    • Clearance and backup sensors
    • Automatic powered opening trunk and easy close
    • Auto-leveling HID headlamps
The Lexus Canada website has this little gem>
BASE MANUFACTURER’S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICING
Model Engine Transmission Base MSRP ES 300h 2.5L V6 6-speed automatic $43,900
(the Hybrid is an eCVT, no?)

Are the speakers you used 4ohm?

2013 ES 350 with 170,000 miles. Change oil every 5K to 6K. This morning both my Check Engine light went on ( not blinking) and my VSC Trac was off. As I pulled out of my parking spot when the transmission went into second gear I felt a knock. I drove a mile to the Pep Boys and they are changing defective Oxygen sensors right now. The Codes did not say misfiring. I am worried about the transmission. Can bad Oxygen sensor cause transmission gear issues?

Default Exceeded expectations!

Bought 2015 ES300h a couple of weeks ago after searching far and wide. Has 58k miles, red/white, navigation, advertised with wheel locks but dealer couldn't find the key (wrench). I bought it for comfort (back problems) and gas economy. Previous car was a 2015 Volvo V60 but Lexus is quieter and easier on my back. The volvo self destructed after ~230k mi; spark plug (Volvo) electrode broke off and wiped compression.

Lexus notes:
Can't figure out how to display posted speed on nav unit; can't find nav sd update on Lexus portal - my HOME address is 3 miles away from where it should be.
First tank of gas showed 43.8 mpg. Great!
EV lights up on deceleration, but battery acceleration only lasts a few seconds, just enough to get out of my driveway in the morning in complete silence;
I can finally hear radio; my wife's car is a Suby Forester.

Default New to me '13 luxury

Just grabbed this baby

Immaculate 1 owner serviced every 3K or so at the dealer. 88k on the clicker. Love the car.

I do have a few gripes

1. No power sources up front. I like to get my phone up on the window but gonna need a long cord. Gonna be some stealth cord installation.

2. I didn't realize I would have 18 inch rims with the luxury model..... That added 50% to the same dang tire. Oh well
3. Cup holders could be a bit bigger

But my biggest grip
4!!! Why in the world can't I have a digital speed read out in the info center????? Seems like a simple thing that is available on my Toyota truck if the same year.

Just purchased this. 208k miles but very well maintained. I didn't know that it's crafted line ( Came to know about this term post purchase)

Based in SF Bay Area.

Welcome! Crafted line was white with black accents, so yours is not. Unless it was painted.

This is what I found online too but when I enter the VIN it says it's a crafted line. How to figure out the exact trim ?

Is it a 2015? I would find it hard to believe someone would go to all the trouble of removing all the crafted line identifiers and repainting it. Just log in HERE and it should help.

You guys were right. I mistook it as it said ES 350/ 350 Craft line. these are the specs from the lexus so I guess it's the most basic one. Still love it
